These terms are the agreement between you, using the Lectio app, and Turhan Anıl Ünkaya ("we"), who provides it. Contact: info@lectioapp.co. By using the app you accept these terms.
You upload a PDF, a slide deck, a YouTube link, a web page, a photo of your notes or an audio recording; Lectio turns it into a chaptered audio lecture, a quiz, flashcards and a cheat sheet. Pro adds asking questions about the lecture, uploading your own recordings, and choosing the narration voice and difficulty.
You can sign up with an email address or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. The app is for people aged 13 and over; if you are under 18, your use is subject to a parent or guardian's consent.
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it only as far as producing your lecture requires. We do not use your content for any other purpose, do not sell it, do not show it to other users, and do not use it to train AI models.
Copyright is on you. You confirm you have the right to upload and process the material. Uploading someone else's notes, book or video without the rights holder's permission breaches these terms.
Lectures, quiz questions, cards and "Ask" answers are generated by AI. This content can be wrong, incomplete, or can summarise your source inaccurately. Check it against your source before an exam, an assignment or any decision that matters. Lectio does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these.
Lectio depends on external services and can be interrupted. The service is provided "as is"; we do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms; for a material change we will tell you in the app or by email. You can delete your account from the app at any time — deletion removes your data and cannot be undone.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes fall to Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
